I downloaded a Full Gene Ontology Term file from the following link: http://www.geneontology.org/GO.downloads.ontology.shtml
The file that i downloaded is the one in the first row. It has around 30,000 GO Terms. My question is: Where can I find another file that has the gene annotations of all the GO Terms in the first file?
cross posted on SO: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/14040316
and I don't understand your question. What is "the file I downloaded is the one in the first row" ?
If you are looking for GO terms that correspond to gene annotations, then you are going to have to specify what organism you are working with. Not all organisms have pre-generated GO annotations. You will have to use various software (blast2go, interproscan) to generate the GO terms for your gene-set.
