yes.
Yes, SNPs from the 1000 Genomes Project phase I release were added to dbSNP build 137. Please check this link http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/mailman/htdig/dbsnp-announce/2012q2/000122.html
Easy access to just the 1000G data can be found here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/variation/tools/1000genomes/
Note that there are also indels in the set added by the 1000GP.
