I Want To Add Peg (Polyethylene Glycol) Structure To My 8 Aminoacid Long Peptide Structure

Hi,

I formed 8 aminoacid long peptide structures via PyMol. I performed molecular docking. I will test the PEGylated peptides in vitro and thus I want to validate the affinities via molecular docking with PEGylated peptides. I need to add PEG to the 8mer structures. Should I go back to 2D structure, and add PEG or should I start to create the structure from the beginning? I tried to do the former but I am afraid it yields incorrect structure of the peptide and thus I could not be sure. Are there any softwares to create the PEGylated peptide sequences from the beginning? I want to hear the suggestions for this. Thank you.
