Hello every body. I have a Y11K protein-protein interaction network and I have used some methods to cluster it, I want to compare it with some known clusters to see the number of exact matches, could any one point me from where can I download them.

Thanks in advance.

It's not clear what you want to do. Are you interested in topologically similar clusters? Overlaps with other clusters?

I am interested in the overlap with other clusters, I mean with known clusters

Conceptually, clusters in protein-protein interaction networks, particular of physical interactions, are protein complexes.

For yeast data, you can find a good dataset starting in this paper from the Wodak group.

The reference for human data is probably HPRD these days.

Are there other sources?

What do you mean, other sources? Different organisms, experimental information, other reference data sets, reference methods for clustering (MCL)?

Yeah, I mean other organizmes data sets and may be other Yeast complexes resources.
