Adding Ggplot'S Geom_[Functions] In Cummerbund'S Methods

Hi guys,

Cummerbund has great functions and using ggplot is probably a good idea. However, obviously some things in the plot needs to be re-positioned, re-coloured etc.

Does anyone have any experience on how to add ggplot's functions on top of Cummerbund's S4 classes/methods to do this (maybe a few examples will help as well - like modifying text using geom_text in MDSplot but feel free to use your own examples)?

Can you give a concrete example (or two) about what it is you exactly want?

I'm not sure if this is what you're asking for, but the ggbio extends extends ggplot to work over genomic data.
