Anybody could recommend me a tool to show the exact number (% identity) at each amino acid position in a protein alignment? I have aligned sequences using ClustalW. Thank you very much, Monika

There are many tools to do this, so you can take your pick. Here's are two lists of alignment and visualization tools (List of alignment visualization software and alignment tool links). I like PRALINE.
