I am looking for a bunch of papers that used bioinformatics approaches to analyze mult-omic (genomics, regulomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics) data sets in a clinical setting (ideally for families or individuals) for diagnosis, treatment or molecular profiling.

I am adding two articles here, please add if you know about similar studies.

• Clinical assessment incorporating a personal genome
• Personal omics profiling reveals dynamic molecular and medical phenotypes
