If some one knows how to do WMW test (Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney) in R please let me know. I want to do it on the gulab dataset in the multtet library.

Thanks

Hi Curious Mind, welcome Biostar. In general, we try and limit questions here to those that are explicitly related bioinformatics (as, for instance, you are more likely to get useful stats help from stats.se). In this case, I think you are looking for wilcox.test in R- but check out the docs to make sure it does what you want.
