Hi I would like to ask you that is there any database which can help me to explore drug-protein interaction. If I have a protein and know that which drug is recommended to it, now I would like to find out the interaction region of that protein with the drug and if possible I want its result in the form of fasta sequence specifying the interaction according to the protein domain. Thanks

Have you tried the ChEMBL database? I'm not sure it will do everything you want, but it might do some of it...

I know it's been a while since this was posted, but just in case this is a helpful tool for a drug-protein binding-affinity prediction that takes in a SMILE sequence and an Amino Acid sequence and returns an integer that represents the binding-affinity. Here is the link to the model overview: https://model.modelforest.ai/binding-model
