I am looking for an online data visualization (plotting, graphing, network analysis etc) platform where I can upload data in csv or text format, and one can interactively visualize the plots. One could also share with others so that they can also manipulate or customize it. I saw google public data is giving somewhat similar solution. Let me know if you are aware of anything more advanced using d3 javascript or other libraries.

Do you want to write your own software or to analyze your data?

The Shiny app by RStudio might be a good option. You could get all your R graphics working interactively. http://www.rstudio.com/shiny/

I haven't personally used this. But plot.ly looks promising: https://plot.ly/

Hello Pappu.

It's possible to create tables with Google Drive (spreadsheets) and create/publish graphics using Google Charts.

If you like python you should try grafana. You have to set up the service yourself, but that's easy ;D. Lots of possibilities, open-source and easy to handle!
