How To Select Snp Based On Their Physical Position, Genetic Position And Chromosome Number

Hi to all, I am new to this work, i have to select some SNPs from a group of SNPs on specific chromosome. Here i am giving my sample data

Here i have to select some Assays for genotyping, can anyone help me to learn how to select assays for my problem. Any help in the form of information like articles or other form would be appreciated. Thanks

You can try SNPper -- Retrieve known SNPs by position or by association with a gene; save, filter, analyze, display or export SNP sets; explore known genes using names or chromosome positions.
