I would like to know if there is any database (like DrugBank) which give information about pediatrics (like this drug cannot be given to this age group) along with basic drug information. The answer that I am looking for is to find anything in pediatrics domain on the top of DrugBank data. Please respond as it is required in my thesis.

I think your best bet is to look through the FDA recommendations. I don't think this kind of information is stored in any DrugBank-like database.

You may combine DrugBank and the information of FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration).
Just begin from drug search .
FDA also provided drug safety information and guide for pediatric safety.
