Wondering that if their any difference factually between Target Re-sequencing and Exome Sequencing or this is just a refined way to call it other way !!

Exome Sequencing is a type of Targetted Resequencing where you are sequencing only the exomes. Conversely, with targetted resequencing, you can sequence only the parts of the genome you are interested in (e.g. viral integration sites).

In a nutshell, targetted resequencing is a broad term, whereas exome sequence is far more specific.

In terms of bioinformatics, pipelines are going to be very similar, with the obvious difference in that you'll probably be seeking different knowledge in each application.
