Phased And Imputed Genotypes For Hapmap Samples With Plink Format

Hi all,

I am looking for the phased and imputed genotypes for hapmap samples with plink format. Although I can download the raw genotypes from hapmap website, it should have lots of missing genotypes, which need imputation process. Since imputation is a computational burden to fill the missing genotypes, and I think some people have already done this but with no idea whether they had been released.

In addition, an important resource for imputation is the reference panel from IMPUTE or MACH, however, they only offer a seperated genotype data but without the ped/map or plink bed file.

If anyone knows the website offering the imputed data or how to obtain the data from the panel, it will be of great helpful to let me know.
