Protein Superfamily Annotation

Hello! can you please suggest me the database with annotation for "classical" superfamilies like GPCR A, GPCR B, GPCR C, Ion channels, Ligand-gated ion channel, Nuclear receptors, etc. That's easy to do with the EC, but of course it does not include the above mentioned examples. Thank's in advance!

PS: the starting point for me is UniprotAC.

See Search The Protein Domain By Sequence In Batch Work. You can use the exact same approach, e.g. PF00001 is the GPCR Rhodopsin-like family (i.e. class A) and so on.

yep, seems good: interpro_id -- interpro_description -- uniprot_ac
