ProtorP used to be a great PPI analysis server but doesn't seem to exist anymore. Are there good suitable replacements that look at contributions of binding energy of protein interaction sites?

I don't know much about protein-protein interactions, but at a given pubmed page you can check 'Cited by'. ProtorP is cited by 2P2Idb which looks similar.
