Chromosomal Plots For Mouse Reference

Hi,

I am trying to plot something similar to this http://ars.els-cdn.com/content/image/1-s2.0-S0002929709000159-gr1.jpg with multiple data e.g. snps, indels etc on mouse reference. Is there any R package that can do this?
