Hello community. A quick question.
I wonder, are there any databases out there that collect physiological data of bacteria? Basically is about who can do what. For example Bacteria strain A with NCBI taxid 1 can degrade carbohydrate alpha but not beta, it has chemotaxis ability and lives in fresh water.
Such a database will be of great help to my current project. Thank you guys for any answers!

N.B., (without looking hard) I have run into cases when those IMG inferences seem to be wrong, such as saying Tannerella forsythensis (aka forsythia) is an aerobe. To me they are more starting points than something to rely on.
