A Free Web Service Or Openly Available / Queryable Database For Drug To Drug Interactions

Hi Could anyone suggest a free web service or openly available / queryable database for drug to drug interactions. Information I am looking for is to provide a drug name (Generic drug name or a product name) and get a list of potential drugs / food items /allergies/other conditions which could create adverse affects. if not I would like to know if there is a better way of doing this?

Look at the interactions sections down on this page about 2/3 of the way. Is that the kind of stuff you want? http://www.drugbank.ca/drugs/DB00289

This is indeed a very nice database, there are interactions listed with other drugs, I could use this, however I also found this http://www.drugs.com/drug_interactions.html, I am looking to develop an application similar to this but with more features, thanks! Are there any such databases that give food / disease based interactions too?
