Does anyone know if you can use white space with getz?

I can do

getz '[EMBL:BF41231]' -e -sf gcg

also I can search on a specific field like

getz '[EMBL-des:StartOfDescription*]' -e -sf gcg

but this does not work

getz '[EMBL-des:*anywhere in description*]' -e -sf gcg

Hi @yahan,

I don't know about getz, but maybe you could try to substitute " " by " " in case the space is a special character for this program. I know that you use single quotes, for which special characters shouldn't be interpreted by the OS, but maybe the program internally evaluates the string in some special way.

Worth a try :)
