There is machine that has to include nucleotide mutation rate 0.1 % of genome size 3*10e9 But due to some error machine is causing mutation rate 1% and when error was rectified mutation rate became .01%.
Which is more errnous in comparison to original mutation rate 0.1 % for genome size 3*10e9 ?

@chris Miller : I and my friend was having discussion over it and according to as to me, error rate will be less significant for .01% as per the calculation to 1% machine ((mutation caused by error pron machine - mutation caused by original machine)/ mutation caused by original machine)*100
