Hi all,

I have successfully executed EstimateLibaryComplexity from Picard Tools. We wanted to examine how does a library from cardiac tissue looks like & what distributions can be considered good/bad. There is no standard for determining what is good and what is bad. Which is why we want to compare the duplication distributions of around 30 samples from the cardiac tissue to see how they differ within each other (or whether they have similar distributions) and also compare the distributions to distributions from another tissue e.g. brain tissue. What are some ways to analyze the results?

Some context would be helpful here. Why did you run the tool in the first place? What kind of experiment is this? What are the QC criteria for "good data" when it comes to library complexity and duplication rate?
