I have tried using BioPython's melting temperature calculator to compute the Tm for 10mer RNA-RNA hybridizations. However, I was wondering about its accuracy. Does anybody know whether the Tm calculator in BioPython is good for 10-mer RNA-RNA hybridizations, or is it only more reliable for longer stretches?
