i am trying to explore differential gene expression in chicken in case of avian influenza infection with reference to HPAI AIV & LPAI AIV. where i am interested to know genes which are exclusively expressed/turn on or silenced/turned off gene in test(HPAI/LPAI infection) & controll (uninfected). initially i for being familiar with microarray data analysis i am using raw data available on array-express database and analyzing it in Agilent`s Gene spring-GX 12.6 but after putting data what i got is only up-regulated and down-regulated gene/probe id for test and controll but my interest is i want to know the gene which are turned on or turned off due to Influenza infection as compared to uninfected healthy bird. please if you have any idea about this, thanks in advance
