Find The Second Best Maximum Likelihood Tree

Hi All

Generally the phylogentic program gives the best Maximum likelihood tree. Do any one know any program/software which, say gives the top10 best maxim likelihood scores and trees or at least second best maximum likelihood score and tree.

PAUP can perform maximum-likelihood estimations on phylogenetic trees. You can save all output trees to a file using:

savetree file=output.phy format=phylip

where format=phylip is optional.

If you want to save a subset of the trees, add the arguments from and to; for example, from=1 to=1 will save the best tree only
