Which are your favorite bioinformatics journals? The ones that you check every month or so, or that you are subscribed to?
By the way, I think that we can also use this thread as a way to collect a list of all the journals related to bioinformatics. Something complementary to this list at bioinformatics.fr, to see if there are more journals than those 34.

NAR annual server/database issue.
I check Plos-Computational Biology every month, and being it an open access journal I can read the articles from my house. I also check frequently the list on bioinformatics.fr, and Genome Research and Bioinformatics in particular.
To the list on bioinformatics, I would add Databases from Oxford Journals which is an young one.
Despite being a field on its own, many very good bioinformatics articles appear outside narrow scope journals. In the narrow scope I do read all the popular ones, as cited in Chris' post. But, a number of great papers can be found elsewhere, e. g.:

These are only random samples. One can see that these journals cover a very large spectra of audiences. Just to illustrate this, my first contact with bioinformatics came from a paper in Physical Review Letters. My first assignment in bioinformatics was a peer review to Physical Review E. Each macromolecule class has its guetto journal with its own set of bioinformatics tools.
So, it's almost impossible to have a preferred journal if you are a pure bioinformatician.
Same as nuin, but I also enjoy reading Molecular Systems Biology which, while not strictly a bioinformatics journal, nevertheless contains many interesting computational (and other) ideas and approaches.
Nature Precedings for a peek at papers pre-peer review and PLoS ONE. Quick skimming or search terms are necessary because it is so huge, but it is has a lot of great stuff. Many well-established authors are starting to publish there for philosophical reasons.
Don't know that I'd call them favourites, but I subscribe to the same as Paulo (nuin), with the addition of some that include, but are not restricted to bioinformatics: Genome Research; BMC Genomics; Proteins: Structure, Function, and Bioinformatics; Journal of Proteome Research; Genome Biology; Journal of Statistical Software.
Also subscribe to Database and BioData Mining - but very rare that an article ever appears from either of them.
Finally, Nature Biotechnology and Nucleic Acids Research often feature bioinformatics-related articles: the latter, of course, has the annual database and web server issues.
I subscribe TOC from BMC Bioinformatics, PloS CompBiol and Bioinformatics. This helps me to quickly add interesting papers to CiteULike.
Other journals that I usually check for interesting articles: PLoS one, Briefings in Bioinformatics, Proteins

my personal opinion is that Bioinformatics always publishes the most relevant articles to my work. Primers in Computational Biology section of Nature Biotechnology and reviews from Cell are both good learning resources. Articles from Science are fairly more interesting than Nature's ;)

Just to let you know that I have to recognize that the Bioinformatics journals listing you are reffered to is not very easy to visualize and I will try to display it in a table with some indication like the availability of the RSS feed. By the way all the critics will be welcome
yep, instead of creating a new pipeline or service, I would prefer to give what we get here to someone who has already implemented a service to access them... it is better to improve something that already exists rather than creating an alternative. However, if you want to set up a yahoo-pipe or a google-reader feed, you will be welcome.
