I am new to Anduril Software (http://csbl.fimm.fi/anduril/site/). I already installed Anduril in my computer and trying to understand 'how to use various tools. But I couldn't figure out how to use Anduril to analyze GO term enrichment analysis. May be it is easy to do this job with Anduril. I already read the user manual but couldn't figure out. Can anyone please provide me step by step how to use Anduril to analyze GO enrichment analysis or provide me a link where I can find useful user friendly materials ?

I have not tried Anduril it seems to be an integrated software not specific for GO term enrichment analysis.

If you are looking for a command-line, flexible GO term enrichment software you could try Ontologizer 2. Also check this detailed discussion on GO term enrichment analysis.

Here's a good starting point: http://www.anduril.org/anduril/bundles/all/index.html?q=GO

GOEnrichment component can be used for the enrichment analysis. It is also possible to use GOReport function (from Moksiskaan bundle), which provides a convenient reporting wrapper for it. At least you can use the function source (http://www.anduril.org/anduril/bundles/all/components/GOReport/function.and) as an example.
