Does anyone can provide me a good information site for CLIP-seq. I am kinda new in Expression data analysis part so any suggestion regarding this matter would be highly appreciable.

Thanks a lot!

Start by looking at a nice review paper about CLIP, HITS-CLIP etc. (I believe HITS-CLIP is a synonym for CLIP-seq which can be good to know)

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3222227/

There is not a lot of software for this application (and its "cousin" RIP-seq) out there so there is some room for new development.

starBase (http://starbase.sysu.edu.cn/) has been updated to integrate 111 CLIP-Seq (HITS-CLIP, PAR-CLIP, iCLIP, CLASH) datasets to decode protein-lncRNA, miRNA-lncRNA interactions and ceRNA networks.
