Pipeline For Hugene-1_0-St-V1 Analysis

Hi,

Could someone please suggest a tutorial/pipeline, preferably in R, for analysis of HuGene-1_0-st-v1. I have been searching all day and can't find a pipeline that will automate pre-processing to differential gene expression analysis for this array type.

Take a look at the bioconductor oligo package for preprocessing and limma (or others) for differential expression.
