Dear all,
OMICtools is a new educational website for genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and metabolomic data analysis. All tools have been classified by omic technologies (NGS, microarray, PCR, MS, NMR).
OMICtools can help
- experimental researchers/clinicians find appropriate tools for their needs
- developers to stay up to date and to avoid redundancy
- funding agencies to ensure that the submitted projects are high value-added.
Comments, questions and information about missing software are most welcome.
Regards,
Arnaud Desfeux

Thanks - looks like a great resource.
Thank you for your comment. I have added this information on the website to guide the users to rate the tools: "First select the tool and then click on the links Details".
Great resource thanks for sharing.
I just learned about STATSARRAY and OMICtools recently. OMICtools is a very comprehensive and well-organized list. STATSARRAY looks like a useful service for those looking to make sense of their NGS data in the context of Proteomics data, functional genomics data etc.
thanks for that. quite a lot of the tools are new to me. Some of them are very useful.
up and mark, thanks for sharing
