Book Recommendations For Genomics?

I was wondering if someone could recommend me a book or reading resource on genomics? I am an undergraduate student who has some experience in computer science, a lot in Biology, and work in a laboratory where research focuses on gene expression (miRNAs in particular). I would like a book/resource to aid me with a RNA-seq project that I am beginning, and genomics as a whole as well, for future projects. Thanks in advance! I can provide clarification if needed, sorry if I am too vague.

I got started with Beginning Perl for Bioinformatics (useful for coding, but probably not RNA-Seq)

That said, I think there are a lot of good resources on the web, so I typically wouldn't recommend buying books.
