Hi all,

I need a sources of annotation of genes (or their product) to terms describing genetic disorders. OMIM works fine for this, but only if you are a human. When the data are needed for some large scale computational analysis it is a mess. Could someone please suggest me a databank similar to OMIM but that presents data in a computational oriented format (e.g. controlled vocabulary, ontology, etc etc).

Thank you

Perhaps the Comparative Toxicogenomics Database (CTD) is useful.
