What does the peak length exactly mean of chip-seq analysis? Is it the read length?

I assume you mean a ChIP-Seq peak you obtained from a peak-calling software. Then a peak length would be the length of the region where the reads are significantly enriched as deemed by the peak-caller that you have used.
