Can Igv View Blast+ Output File?

Hi, I aligned short reads using blast+ and generated tabular file. I also have bam files generated by aligners, and I can visualize the bam file using IGV, my question is can I view the blast output file in IGV? Or is there any tool to view both bam file and blast output file? thanks.

You can't load a blast alignment into IGV. You would need to convert this aligment to either SAM or a tabular format such as GFF.

AFIK there is no universal and readily available solution for the former, while converting to GFF could be done more easily if your blast output is in tabular format.
