What Predicate About Disease Is Suitable For Bioresource?

Hello. This is my first question!

Now I'm trying to make rdf about animal resource in NIBIO.
http://animal.nibio.go.jp/e_available_mice.html

I referred RIKEN bio resource data and most of our data could convert.

http://biolod.org/class/cria315s1i/Mouse_Strain

In addition to this, I'd like to connect disease information. I checked Bio Portal,UniProt, drugbank and DBpedia to get information. But I couldn't find exact predicate for disease. What I want to add is for example, "ICGN mice" have "Nephrosis" as disease. If you know exact predicate, please let me know.

Sometimes I confused what kind of predicate is suitable for our data. If you know how to find predicate for disease related data, please let me know too.

Thank you for your answer.
I knew disease ontology, but I was not sure how to apply for our data.
So, if I use this ontology into our data with ttl, how to add these disease ontology information? I added has_symptom into our data. Does it correct?
And I couldn't find exact meaning's predicate that one mouse strain has a relation to some diseases... If you find any useful things, please let me know.
