Validating Predictions Of Small Insertions / Deletions

I have vcf files with indels which I created using GATK's Unified Genotyper.Is there any tool to vaildate those predictions?

Sanger sequencing would be the standard validation technique.

Agreed. The only decent way to validate is experimental, not in silica
