How Can I Make A Gc Content Model For Hg19?

I would to make hg19.gcmodel file. I found a code online (hg19 gc model) but my result is weird. If I run on my Mac, I receive error messages then the process stops. The numbers for GC in the broken file are the same as the posted ones. If I run the code on an hpc system, the process completes but the numbers are completely different from the posted ones.
