How Can I Download A Working Version Of Rlsim?

These days I am trying to use rlsim software package from https://github.com/sbotond/rlsim/tree/master/releases. But somehow, I can't untar all copies in the folder. The following is an example of what's happening:

tar -xvzf rlsim-latest_amd64.tar.gz

gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file
tar: Child returned status 1
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors

Make sure that the download of the tarball is complete. Under https://github.com/sbotond/rlsim/tree/master/releases click the name of the tarball (save link as from this page will not work!), which will take you to the GitHub page of the specific archive. Then click the link "View Raw", which will start the download (the link looks like https://github.com/sbotond/rlsim/blob/master/releases/rlsim-1.3_amd64.tar.gz?raw=true).
