Figure for relative error with large database

Hi, guys!

I'm going to use pandas package to describe the relative error of my data and the data provided by the reference, the data is a matrix which has the different header and column. I'm not sure what kind of figure is the best. Could anyone give me some advice?

not sure what you mean, errors are often displayed as error bars, but of course it depends on what exactly you are plotting and what the point of the plot is,

I want to make a figure to describe the relative error of my data and the data provided by the reference to know the difference between the two data and whether I have done the pipeline of the reference correctly or not. The assessment criteria is the range of relative errors.

I have a matrix of relative errors of some genes in different tissues, and what I want to do is to describe the range of relative errors.
