Hello, I am looking for a free, online e-book about risk calculation in AD, AR and XL diseases. Can anybody suggest anything?

It is quite unclear what do you mean by risk here. The simple rules for calculations of risks are contained in the inheritance modes (1/2 for AD disease, 1/4 for AR, XL depends on the sex of the child). Or are you interested in risks for incomplete penetrance/variable expressivity diseases?
yes, for incomplete penetrance/variable expressivity diseases, including Bayes theorem usage. I found only some videos and thats it
Could you provide links to these videos? Without the exact formulaiton is difficult to understand.
In my opinion, the main source is the epidemeologic curves, the studes that shows disease risk accourding to the age of a person carrying the variant, I don't really see a lot of opportunities to somehow modify the risks according to some parameters - but maybe we speak about different diseases.
