I am calculating nucleotide diversity using Arlequin, from DNAsp6 Output. I've seen that the DNAsp6 output contain information about the haplotypes that I am analyzing. In base of the input data I would like to know that nucleotide diversity is calculating Arlequin.

It would the probability that the base (allele) at the homologous site in two randomly chosen individuals is the same (for similarity) or different (for diversity). Is it right?

Thanks
