Hi, I have a list of SNP/genes and I am looking for any tool etc that can point the SNPs or Genes to a particular cell type. I would really appreciate if you could direct me to any tool or webpage.

'All' genes exist in all cell-types, of course; however, they are expressed at different levels. I would recommend that you take a look at:
