Well, from the web I'm unable to find papers on phylo transcriptomics from museum specimens. Extracting RNA and generating the library from ethanol preserved museum samples is very hard.

Most papers highlighting the phylogenomics approach using DNA (Target gene capture approach) but not RNA.
