Comparing Log2 Fold Change Values across all timepoints between two groups in DESEQ2

Does anyone know if DESQ2 is able to compare differentially expressed genes across all timepoints for two different groups?

Hi, we need more details on your study design to answer you properly, but yes, DESeq2 should be able to do that.
