I have assembled a genome of bacteria whose reads bases were1140507088, after assembly i got 55 contigs account 2441808 Mbs

now my question is : do any one tell me the formula of calculating genome coverage?

The average coverage is total number of bases in your reads divided by the total number of assembled bases. I assume you meant 2441808 bp rather than Mbs, so your coverage is 467x (1140507088 / 2441808). To get coverage for individual contigs, you would need to map all the reads onto the assembly, count them, and derive contig-specific coverage.
