I want to perform a MD with the TrkB receptor. There are several options for this molecule in PDB. What criteria to follow to choose the most suitable molecule?
For example, the first option that appears in PDB "Crystal structure of apo TrkB kinase domain", which I understand is the generic form. Would it be a good criteria to choose this options in case of doubt?
