Hello Community! I'm new to both bioinformatics and the community. I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, but I've been searching and couldn't find any answer. I'm testing a WES analysis pipeline and I need access to data. I would need fastq files for 3-6 exomes to analyze in our pipeline without having to ask for permissions to access data. Does such data collection exist? If so, where can I find it? It would be even better if it had been analyzed before, so I can compare my results to previous results and analyze my pipeline.

Have you Googled "Whole exome fastq files download"? SRA should have a bunch of datasets for you.
