Hello, everyone i am trying to download Repbase repeatmasker library , but it requires subscription charges. Is there any way to download free or any alternative option. Thank you.

hey no RepBase now costs $1395 per year for an individual academic license unfortunately those people who have downloaded before it was made paid will be having or else the subscribed institutes. you can go for the complete dfam library https://www.dfam.org/releases/Dfam_3.2/families/Dfam.h5.gz
