Find the publication of the dataset available in NCBI's SRA Library

I am looking for the article for this dataset https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/SRX10663917[accn]. This dataset was published a few days back, but I cannot find the link to its article through SRA. I have also searched bioRxiv.org but got no leads. Any help would be much appreciated.

I don't think there is an automated process that associates SRA datasets with publications. It is the responsibility of the submitters to provide this information. Your best bet is to email the submitters and ask.

It looks like the data is not yet crosslinked - perhaps the paper is under review or not yet published.

If the data were crosslinked you can find the linked publications with:

esearch -db sra  -query SRR519926 | elink -target pubmed | efetch --format docsum> results.xml

then:

cat results.xml | xtract -pattern DocumentSummary -element Id,PubDate,Title 

to print:

22829535    2012 Nov    Finished bacterial genomes from shotgun sequence data.
