I am recently running ABSOLUTE for CCF, but I surprisedly found some of my mutations have an >1 old_cancer_frac, but "NA for cancer_cell_frac instead. Also, these mutations were not identified as neither "clonal" nor "subclonal". Why will this happen? I have checked the purity of these mutations but it seems normal.

Please give me some advice
